HCSL has committed to play the majority of league games at Cedar Lane Regional Park.  The coaches that responded to a recent poll want to play on superior surfaces to improve the quality of play.  We are looking forward to great games at a great facility.

At the HCSL Annual Meeting, the proposed Constitution, By-Law and Rules changes were approved.  The following changes have been enacted:

1. HCSL can now have divisions sanctioned my MSYSA and/or other USSF affliates including US Club Soccer.
2. U12 will join U11 in playing 8 v 8.
3. U8 Divisions will and can be accomodated.
4. Age Group coordinators are being sought to assist in finding teams of like competition to formulate divisions.

In addition, HCSL will be:

1. Utilizing Cedar Lane Regional Park (www.cedarlanesports.org) for games;
2. Looking to attract teams at all competitive levels of play including Premier, Division I and Division II; and
3. Other initiatives.
